2020 Lagoon 450 Sport Top

Listed
Expired
$735,000 USD

Seller's Description

The owner bought this boat in 2020

General condition and any additional information

This is a 2020 Lagoon 450s (Sport Top) in excellent condition. Typically sellers say that their boat is blue water ready, but were literally selling a boat were currently cruising on. We received the boat new in August of 2020 and have lived on her ever since as an escape from Covid. Shes simply too nice to put into charter so we decided to sell and purchase again once the kids move on from High School.

She has been shaken out, is in excellent shape, has most bells and whistles and will be ready for delivery in August of 2021.

In addition to all of the expected items on a cruising boat, we are including lots of appliances, bedding, safety gear, spares, and extras.

Typical description includes: Water Maker, Generator, 57hp engines with folding props, Code 0 and rig included, 220 electric, Square top main, Rolling Jib, AC/Heat, Leather, Console Dinghy, Paddle Board, Household Appliances.

Email for the full list of specs and pricing.

This boat is not subject to what is now known as the Lagoon 450 bulkhead issues as our boat was built to newer lagoon specs. I have pictures, and a letter from Lagoon. This is an amazing boat, one of the few in the world sailing with everything and no issues!
