Renovations: • Hauled out April 2021 with full sand and 2 coats of bottom paint. All blisters repaired (there were only a few). Hull is in fantastic shape. • New Seacocks and Thru-hull fittings (Forespar Marelon), which is the current Catalina Standard. Old, corroded seacocks are a major problem in sailboats and can fail causing your boat to sink, you can rest assured this is fixed. • New Rigging; Sidestays, Backstay and Topping Lift • New Starboard Bulkhead • Over $5,000 in electrical, by licensed marine electrician.
