Cape Dory 22, classic sailboat with lots of extras currently at Dry Dock Marine, Yarmouth, MA. Cape Dory quality built for heavy weather. Bronze hardware and hatches. Sails in near new condition. Yard maintained and stored. Sails and canvas maintained by Squeteague Sailmakers N.Falmouth, motor winterized and stored with The Boat Guy, N. Falmouth. This is a boat that turns heads.

Equipment: Lazy jacks, jiffy reefing, roller jib, dodger, depth sounder, water tank, electrical panel, new (2017) 6HP Four Stroke Tohatsu, porta potty, cockpit cushions in excellent condition, interior cushions in excellent condition, hawse pipe, flag halyard, new Ritche compass,two boarding ladders.
