LONG TERM RENTAL or sale. She is a fast and strong vessel.I just had a survey done and there was nothing major that needed attention. She definitely needs bottom paint but is ready to go anytime, anywhere. I have lived on board for 7 years and all systems are working. The old Pathfinder engine and V transmission was removed and replace with a forward facing Yamaha diesel to improve access.The old teak decks have been removed, glassed and painted. The cabin sole was replaced and covered with Lonseal.

Equipment: 2 jibs, one stay sail and 1 mainsail. All not new but functional 11.5 foot dinghy with a 15 hp Yamaha. New autopilotand chart plotter. Upholstery 3 years old. Danfoss fridge is 1 year old. 2 x 100 w flexible solar panel and 1 400 w wind generator. 2 heads are 3 years old. 3 burner stove with oven with new thermocouplers. Rail mounted BBQ. 4 x 32 winches and 5 x 23s Lots of life jackets all new last year. All tools and galley ware stays.
