1979 37’ O’Day Center Cockpit. We have lived on her for almost a year now and have absolutely loved her but it’s time to move back to land. She has a classic title so the yearly registration is literally a couple dollars. Definitely need to see to appreciate. We are redoing the teak in the cockpit and the toerails as we speak. 2 heads with showers. One in aft and one in the forward.

Equipment: She has a rand new jib sail stored in the boat.The mainsail is like new. Like new running and standing rigging.Working refrigeration and freezer in galley along with a 3 burner Force 10 propane oven and stove. Updated and brand new 4 Northstar grp 31 battery bank. A highpowered battery charger. 2 200 watt brand new solar panels and 1 100 watt solar panel. A mega Inverter installed in boat as well. We run a tv, wifi, 3 laptops, fans, and charge our cell phones and run the toaster oven off of of solar and inverter only.Engine is a 30hp Yanmar diesel that runs like a dream. Absolutely no issues firing her up and heading wherever you please. 3 month old Firman gas generator.Brand new 8inch memory foam mattress in aft cabin. Has the original 1970’s oil lams installed inside boat as well. Lots of extras that must be seen to appreciate.
