Sweet and Salty is a great example of the Helia 44. She is currently located in the US Virgin Islands where she is professionally maintained. The boat has been lightly chartered, and maintained with an open check book. You will not find a better deal on a Helia 44 in this condition.
The Helia 44 is elegantly designed with a sleek and contemporary interior. She has LOTS of large portholes and windows drowning the interior with light. Very large deck spaces throughout the boat for lounging and sunbathing. The saloon and cockpit are harmoniously connected with the kitchen in the center. Very large and functional kitchen which allows you to look either forward or towards the cockpit. Great for entertaining! Cockpit has a table large enough to seat 10. Hull Speed = 1.34 x √LWL
A more accurate formula devised by Dave Gerr in The Propeller Handbook replaces the Speed/Length ratio constant of 1.34 with a calculation based on the Displacement/Length ratio.

A measure of the weight of the boat relative to it's length at the waterline. The higher a boat’s D/L ratio, the more easily it will carry a load and the more comfortable its motion will be.
