Are you ready to sell all of your possessions and set sail for the open blue water Well this probably isnt the sailboat for you, but if you are looking for a great cruiser/racer/weekender then let me offer you the Eastern Cross.

Always sailed on fresh water and stored on the included tandem axle galvanized trailer through the off season, this 1997 Hunter 26 is in fine condition for being 23 years young.

The Eastern Cross is a great boat for both beginners and veteran sailors as you intimately feel the wind and the water with the tiller in one hand and the mainsheet in the other.

The retractable keel allows sailing in shallow waters and easy beach access.

Retracting the keel also allows the boat to sit low on the trailer and she has a water ballast for lightweight towing.

The cabin below deck is spacious, comfortable and uncluttered with freshly re-upholstered bow and dinette cushions and a large removable dining table that easily seats six.

The interior is by far the largest of any boat in its class.

The galley has a sink with pump faucet, alcohol stove, counter and storage space and a specific enclosure for a large ice chest.

The head is completely enclosed with vanity, sink, wet locker and brand new never used portable toilet.

Each area is well lighted with ceiling fixtures and ventilation throughout.

This super fun and easy to sail boat comes with all the standard equipment Hunter offered in 1997 plus CDI Flexible Furler for the headsail, a mainsail cover, spinnaker with bag and an 8hp Tohatsu outboard engine.

She is currently in a slip on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN which has been paid for through the remainder of the 2020 season.

Current NADA for this boat with trailer and accessories is over 17,000.00.
