Catalina 25, 1984 Tall Rig Fin keel

25' long x 8' beam and 4' draft. 295 ft^2 sail area. 1997 Nissan x-long shaft outboard maintained and runs well. Newer mainsail with 2 reefs, and 130 genoa, 110 and barely used 155 mylar UK tape drive genoa All controls lead back to cockpit, Reefing is internal to boom. Stoppers and winches on cabin top. Primary winches are #16 two speed. 8:1 Outhaul is internal in boom. Boat is very easy to singlehand and has raced successfully. Has Mariner knotmeter and digital depth, Horizon VHF. Set up for dockside air conditioner located in port locker (a/c currently removed but included). Boat needs cosmetic cleaning and bottom paint. Gell coat worn. Ready to sail at a moments notice.
