Well-loved, family-owned and family-friendly Catalina 25, Windwatch. Sailed only in fresh water since launch. Windwatch has been on the hard since late 2018 (boat stands are included). Fresh bottom paint recommended before launch for the next season.

Standard features

Catalina 25, standard rig, swing keel.

Regularly serviced Mercury 7.5 hp outboard with new (2019) portable 6-gallon fuel tank and fuel line. Electronics include installed depth and speed/distance instruments. Sails include: two mainsails with jiffy- and slab-reefing; four jibs (150%, 130%, 105%, and storm jib); and, one non-standard spinnaker. Installed swim ladder. Cabin features: sleeps six; “pop-top” cabin; fold-down dinette table; built-in cooler; and porta-potti.

Extra gear included

Many accessories, spare lines, and spare parts. Boat stands and engine stand for winter storage included. No trailer.

Improvements to the hull, deck, rigging, engine, or interior

Fully safety equipped including new (2017) VHF-FM w/masthead antenna, LED navigation lights, life jackets for adults and children, warning horns, flare set, and Life-Sling. New deep cycle batteries (2017) and battery charger/conditioner (2018).
