Seller's Description

This yacht has been meticulously restored to excellent condition. I have replaced house batteries (4), starting battery, running rigging, masthead sheeves, roller furler, cockpit Seaward control panel, 200 feet high tensile anchor chain, alternator, AC pump and on and on. Anything that was not perfect was replaced. I have added all new electronics. Garmin 7610 chartplotter, Garmin Phantom doppler radar, Garmin GWind system, Fusion stereo with blue tooth and network connectivity. Nema 2000 network so instruments can share data. Stereo can be controlled from chartplotter. Westerbeke 42 hp diesel with only 1175 hours. Transmission was rebuilt this spring. This yacht comes with all safety equipment including a new West Marine inflatable dinghy, VHF and life ring. Sleeps 7 in 3 cabins, digital TV with boosted antenna (64 channels at my marina), central AC and heat. Interior is beautiful and clean. All cushions are stored at home during the off season and boat has a solar air circulator so it has no smell and is dry at all times. Separate shower is huge and not found is boats this size normally. Cockpit cushions, Raymarine autopilot, Brunton Autoprop, huge bimini and dodger. Windows in dodger and nice and clear. I have replaced all the hatches, portlights and fixed windows which gives the yacht and brand new appearance. If you are comparing this boat to others on the market be aware you will be looking at hazed and checked windows and ancient electronics most times on the other boats. I guarantee you that this is the nicest most detailed 1998 boat on the market. You will be getting a new boat for a fraction of new cost. This yacht won boat of the year in 1998. It has huge space for guests to lounge and eat. You can read the specs and reviews online so you don’t need me to repeat them here. Most of the boats for sale are just cutting and pasting the brochure description or the review. Look past that to see what you are really getting.
