Trailer wheel bearings serviced annually, includes mounted spare tire, and electric brakes.

Two anchors w/chain and road, throwable horseshoe, vhf radio, dock lines plus lots of extras (too many to list here)
Improvements to the hull, deck, rigging, engine, or interior
Swing Keel removed, sandblasted, painted and reinstalled; Hull cleaned, compounded, and waxed; Bottom painted with Micron CF every two years. all sails in good condition; outboard engine runs starts easy, runs good, and serviced annually; pressurized water at galley sink, custom cupboards built in for extra storage; propane stove; all teak cleaned and oiled with Old English annually, new cushions in salon; all other cushions in good condition. All ports and hardware re-bedded (this is a dry boat).
