Glander Boats Inc.

This company, founded by Harold S. “Dooley” Glander, and originally located in Taverier, FL, is best known for offering unfinished hulls or boats in ‘kit’ form. According to their ads, they offered models from 10 to 48 feet. Later, continued under the name of Tiki Water Sports. His own 33’ yawl,’Tavana’, built in 1956 to his own design, was one of the first fiberglass yachts of it’s type built in the US.
