The adaptation was designed by John Harris, and the boat was battle-tested with a successful completion of the Seventy48 (a 70-mile row/paddle race on Puget Sound, WA). Very seaworthy, capacious enough for camping for three adults (which we did). Everything in excellent condition. $1,750, less than half price of trailer and kit. We just don’t row enough to justify storage fees (we have other boats, too). If this is the right style of boat for you, it’s a great boat and a great deal. Want it to go to someone who will use it. Comes with a Trailex aluminum SUT-500-S28 trailer, well-suited to the boat, three paddling life jackets, carbon fiber oars (all in picture).
