It saddens me to write this but I have no time for this boat. We bought a farm in the mountains so it makes more sense to find someone who can use the boat more often. I sailed it twice in Florida where I bought it and it was a ton of fun. Trucked it up to Savannah and it has been sitting in my back yard under a cover since then. It is Tiki 26 hull number #36, looks to be properly built out of epoxy and Okoume plywood. She definitely needs sanding, painting, standing rigging and a few repairs. Other than that she is a solid boat. Boat is complete with all components present.
Equipment: Tohatsu 5hp sail pro extra long shaft propane outboard is available separately for $1700. Includes cushions and a serviceable set of sails. Has nav lights, electrical panel, basic safety gear, 2 anchors with rode and chain and a VHF. No trailer, but I do have a crane to load the boat onto a flatbed. I can build a trailer for her for an additional price.
The theoretical maximum speed that a displacement hull can move efficiently through the water is determined by it's waterline length and displacement. It may be unable to reach this speed if the boat is underpowered or heavily loaded, though it may exceed this speed given enough power. Read more.

Hull Speed = 1.34 x √LWLA more accurate formula devised by Dave Gerr in The Propeller Handbook replaces the Speed/Length ratio constant of 1.34 with a calculation based on the Displacement/Length ratio.

A measure of the stability of a boat's hull that suggests how well a monohull will stand up to its sails. The ballast displacement ratio indicates how much of the weight of a boat is placed for maximum stability against capsizing and is an indicator of stiffness and resistance to capsize.

A measure of the weight of the boat relative to it's length at the waterline. The higher a boat’s D/L ratio, the more easily it will carry a load and the more comfortable its motion will be.
