Seller's Description

The Beneteau 473 is a well-regarded boat that is suitable for coastal or blue water cruising. Built on a solid glass hull, with keel-stepped mast, it’s strong, spacious and comfortable.

This a two-stateroom, two-head model that is still in the hands of the original owner. He customized the interior, turning the port side sofa into two chairs, and adding a cabinet at the end. Then to provide more range under power, he replaced one water tank with an extra 58 gallon fuel tank. All this was done with Beneteau factory parts. He also installed a boom-furling mainsail, a 24 volt bow-thruster, a generator, solar panels, and a water-maker. The result is perfect for cruising CA or traveling further afield.

He still uses the boat regularly, and keeps it well maintained, so everything is in good order.
