Standard features

Oday 25 sailboat. Main sail and jib sail in very good condition. Jib sail has roller furling. 8 HP Honda twin cylinder 4 stroke outboard motor with extra fuel tanks for the sailboat. Outboard has approximately 25 hours on it. Interior of boat has galley, counter top and sink. 2 berths, 1 on either side, sits 6 which double as 2 sleeping berths. Fold down table from bulkhead. Moving forward is the Head on the port side and vanity with sink and storage on the starboard side. Brand new Dometic porta potty, never used! There is a folding door for privacy between the head and v berth. Then there is a large V berth up front with lots of storage underneath. Carpet on floor throughout. Bimini included.1 new deep cycle battery and solar panel which acts as battery tender. Has 17lb Danforth anchor with Mantus Swivel . Nice clean boat, inside and out. Well maintained. The mast has been stepped down for routine maintenance and possible transport. The boat itself is a 1977 with updates and extras.
