Osprey is a 17′ 5″ / 5.3 m sailboat designed by Ian Proctor and built by Hartley Boats, Gmach & Co. Ltd. (J. L. Gmach & Co.), and Chippendale Boats starting in 1952.
Designed for the 1952 Olympic 2 man dinghy selection Trials. Though the FLYING DUTCHMAN was selected, the significantly smaller OSPREY proved faster in the first round.
