This from founder Raymond Wall: “When we started Qaunta Yachts we thought it was it was the perfect time. The recession was going to bounce back and sales would be as before, meanwhile we would get the tooling done and be ready for the restart. But it didn’t restart as before, we built 12 over two years and then decided to close shop while we were still solvent, I am so glad we did. It was a great run and the better built boats will enable the real sailors to sail and cruise for many years to come.”
