One of Gary Mulls finest with the brilliance that changed boat design. She is one of the boats that ushered in the golden age of IOR. Lively Lady is a strip plank Mull 30 built in 1967 by American Marine and has carried some of the best sailors of our era. A vessel that changed boat design and winner of some great SORC matches (including besting Windward Passage to Nassau) and more significant San Francisco bay races than most remember. She is a delightful short handed boat perfect for day sailing, club racing and weekend cruising. I spent a great deal of time saving her, making her safe and enjoyable to take the family out. She is a comfortable and very stiff boat; in a breeze faster up wind than most modern boats her size. (Currently she rates a gift 156 phrf.) She comes with nice racing sails plus cruising Dacron, 1 A-Sail, a mercury 6hp 4 stroke, a new radio with AIS, carbon fiber sprit and boom, 10 amp 12 volt Dakota lithium batteries for the radio and house, bottom painted 2 and half years ago and looks fine. I have moved to improve on her recently, making her stronger, filling in the wrinkles and doing other things to make the next caretakers job much easier. I am more interested in finding a caretaker relationship than the money. Let me know if you are interested.
