**SALE PENDING** I am selling my Cal 28-2 1986 Tizona. She is the mrk 2 (Hunt model) with steering wheel. I have own this boat since 2019, four seasons in the water, and always spend the winter in the hard with her blanket after properly winterization of systems.

Right now is ready to be seen on the stands. I have been taken really good care of her during these years; day sailing and cruising in Cape & Islands waters with home port in Woods Hole, MA. Great sailing boat, family cruiser, and with a good reputation for speed. She is the shoal draft version (3 9). Easy to sail her solo (did that a lot), all the lines and halyards go back to the to the cockpit, so its very easy to single-hand. Plenty of room in the cockpit and cabin for family and friends. Hunt put the head aft, so its much easier to get to and saves a lot of space. Im 511 and theres standing headroom to spare, and I have slept in the v-berth. Theres also a quarter berth that easily sleeps two. I have a vessel survey report (2019) in hand.

13/hp Westerbeke 13A diesel IB 1986 (1,624 hours). Fresh water cooling system. Diesel engine has been reliable without ever needing a major service. Oil change every spring and fall, oil filter change every fall. New zinc (no degree of corrosion anyway), impeller, fuel primary (Racor) and element filters every year. Engine starts with first crank every spring. Fresh water tanks (2x) - 40 gals Fuel tank 17.5 gals Head has holding tank with thru hull pump out Enclosed head aft Three deck hatches. Two opening port holes. Teak sole floor Fabric cushions (interior) Center drop leaf dining table Curtains Two burner propane stove with safety switch and solenoid (and propane tank) Electric water heater/diesel heated. I have disconnected the water heater, because I never use it and it takes some time to winterize it. Easy to reconnect. Hot and cold pressure water. 12V electric water pump serving faucets in the head and at kitchenette Ice Box- 4 cubit ft Ritchie 4” compass Depth sounder, knot meter Radio stereo w/4 speakers (cabin and cockpit). Electrical panel with two battery switching (DC and AC panel) Dual Battery: starting and housing Anchor roller/locker. QRC style anchor and Danforth type anchor with rope and chain. VHF radio Lead keel Main sail fully batten (good condition) and 150% genoa sail (good condition). Originals? They still can be used for sailing.
