General condition and any additional information

This is my 4th sailboat and by far, my favorite!! Countless enjoyable days sailing on the river, easy to single-hand. With great regret, retiring from sailing so must part with this wonderful sailboat. Still in the water at Lake Clarke in Wrightsville, PA and will be until the end of October.

Standard features

Fun to sail, easy to trailer, and a snap to set up - in great condition! Large cockpit, lots of storage, all lines led aft to cockpit. Two double berths, workable galley and portable head. Swing keel (min 1.5 ft draft), water ballast system.
