Devils Advocate is a very lightly used almost new Island Packet & has been owned with pride as evidenced by her overall appearance, condition & how well she has been maintained. She looks & shows as if she is new with a high polish waxed gelcoat and superior bright work. ​ She is my personal boat and has been professionally maintained with an open check book. She is just over a year old and still has 2 years of factory warranty remaining. To my knowledge she is the first and only IP349 on the previously owned market. Devils Advocate is certain to satisfy the most discriminating buyer. ​ She includes such amenities as a bow thruster, radar, chart plotter, auto pilot, AIS (check out the specs section), and yes she is USCG documented. Cruising features include a hard dodger, 2 furling sails (jib / reacher) and one bagged main sail with all controls that lead back to the cockpit for safety and ease of handling. The shallow draft 4 foot keel is perfect for the Keys and Bahamas, protected rudder, self-tending Hoyt boom, impressive interior accommodations with large head/shower and lots of storage space. ​ The Island Packet family of yachts is known around the world for its unmatched accommodations, sailing and sea keeping abilities and construction strength and quality. The ONLY reason I am selling her is due to personal health conditions. Devils Advocate has definitely been an amazing yacht and has treated us very well…she will be missed. ​ She is ready to drop the lines and go.
