CHARIAD is Hull #1 of Bruce Farrs Farr 37 series designed to be highly competitive in light to moderate conditions such as those in Mass Bay, Long Island Sound, and the Chesapeake Bay. The boats first owner was Bert Jabin, owner of Bert Jabins Yacht Yard, the largest marina in Annapolis, MD.

CHARIAD has been raced and cruised from Marblehead, MA. CHARIAD was won the Ted Hood Regatta, the Beringer Bowl, and numerous other competitions. She was the top scoring Boston Yacht Club boat in the Marblehead to Halifax race.
