LOOKING TO TRADE UP? WILL CONSIDER A SMALLER SAILBOAT IN PARTIAL TRADE. Life circumstances have changed drastically and this boat will not be used as intended. I need a smaller boat in the 22 to 28 range as it will be used primarily for single handed day sailing. If youve ever considered moving up to a larger cruiser, this could be your chance to just trade yours and avoid all the associated hassles and expense of trying to sell yours and buy another one. This boat was previously listed for sale but suffered a transmission failure and was removed from the market. It has since had a new transmission installed with a one year warranty, a new exhaust riser and a complete engine service so it is ready to go! This is a fantastic boat for a cruising couple or family. With a wing keel and a draft of only 43 it is perfect for the Chesapeake, the islands or traversing the ICW. It has plenty of power with the tall rig but still clears ICW bridges. With its in mast furling and auto helm it is perfect for a small crew. The engine has only 640 hours and it is fresh water cooled. All interior cushions/mattresses have been replaced and the mattresses are inner spring which is a major improvement over the originals. The dodger, Bimini and all running rigging were replaced in 2003. In April the bottom paint, sheer and boot stripes were redone. With AC and heat you can be comfortable in all conditions. This boat is turnkey and will hopefully go to someone who will give it the use it deserves. It is currently located at NW Creek Marina in New Bern, NC.

Equipment: Roller furling mainsail, tall rig, new Bimini and dodger, all new running rigging. BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION AND STAINLESS EXHAUST RISER. New bottom paint in April. Galley has stove, oven and microwave. Air conditioning and heat. Stereo, VHF, recent Garmin GPS/Chartplotter plus Raytheon electronics suite including autohelm.
